Reliance Trends - Amount from my bank deducted but order not confirm and unable to Login on website.
Farooq filed complaint against Reliance Trends on May 20, 2018
On **th May **** I newly register in Reliance Trends and did some kids cloth shopping but wile making payment through internet banking amount from my bank deducted but on trends website it shows that transaction unsuccessful, Message was 'if amount deducted it will be return back in ** Hours" Transaction details are attached.
Next day when I am trying to Login with my details which i registers yesterday, it is showing me "Either this account is not registered or its an invalid email." see the screen shot below.

I need my deducted amount to be return to my bank.
regarding this problem i send three emails on customercare@reliancetrends.com till now and tried to call on ****-***-**** many times but no one answer. for My email i just received automated response that my complaint will be solved in ** hours but untill now no any response taken from them.
