I had my refund amount for one of my order in jiomart wallet in the month of May. Recently on Nov *, when I tried to place an order I noticed the wallet is showing O. I lodged complaint on Nov * and it's Nov ** today, so far it is not resolved. Whenever i call customer care or send email they are asking ** hours but it's been almost going to be month but no proper response. It's been complete stress and pressure in chasing them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
