I tried to place an order and made payment via UPI phone pe.. amount was deducted however the order itself was not created.. this was the first time in used jio mart app and such a bad experience..
There is no direct customer support number to talk about this issue..
I have the transaction id and the amount was credited to reliance retail..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
