I had booked * bus tickets Rs**** each on **th September **** from Cochin to Bangalore All together Rs **** from my wallet but the seats were not booked successfully for the Paytm order ID **********.
When I contacted the customer support it was informed to me for the same order ID another person (Mr. Abhishek's ) purchase for *stainless steel spoons worth Rs** is reflected in their database.
I spent nearly *hrs everyday from **th September speaking to Paytm customer support till today my issues is not resolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
