Today's morning I ordered groceries from the zomato and the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet of rupees *** but the ordered was not placed and also i received a message from blinkit that (Paid Rs. *** to blinkit with Paytm Ref:***) and zomato chat support is saying (We’re really sorry, chat support may be hampered due to surge in queries. We regret the inconvenience caused. You may also write to us at order@zomato.com) again and again nobody responded after this I sent an email also but I didn't received a helpful mail. I have transaction history also. Can I get refund or not ? Did zomato grab my money ? Zomato frod now I will never order from zomato.
