Atul Rai filed complaint against Paytm on Jan 11, 2021
I paid paytm postpaid bill of **** approx by using my UPI. However the money was deducted and Paytm app shows the transaction failed ! Now Paytm is constantly showing that amount is over due and have imposed a further penalty of Rs *** more ! Paytm has no customer support on this issue ,I tried many times .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
