Mahavir Prasad Meena filed complaint against PayTM on Jan 8, 2019
I was transferring **** rs from my wife's Paytm wallet. But the amount deducted from my Paytm wallet and not transferred to the targeted Paytm user. And at the same time this transaction is not shown in my Paytm Passbook. As I didn't add money advance in Paytm wallet, and added it during the transfer process using UPI.
For this issue I called to Paytm customer care but the kept me hold for ** minutes for *-* time saying" our customers care executive are busy with other customers. " Am I not a customer?
Now what should I do? Where should I go? Did I make a mistake by choosing Paytm?
Please give me my money back as i am a lower middle class man .
