I happen to make my travel booking through MMT and I chose Zest Money as my payment option. Once all the procedure was completed I received a message from MMT and my booking is not confirmed but in my zest money account, I was charged for same. When enquired with Zest Money to canceled this transaction they said it need some verification from MMT. But MMT does not have any chance to contact them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
