Manav Mehta filed complaint against Paytm on Jan 9, 2019
I send **,*** rupees to my friend from UPI Paytm app on **th of December. The amount was deducted from my account but as the receiver's passbook it shows that the amount was credit in the receivers account and with in a friction of time the same amount revert to the same upi reference number... Now the amount was neither in the receivers account nor in my account... I called Paytm number of times but they did not tell me any solutions. I confirmed it from my bank but they also didn't gave me solution.
I was wondering that where is my amount....
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
