Hell Swiggy. I have paid twice to swiggy instead amount should be debited only once. They said that payment gateway will refund and I need to wait at least *-** days, which I have already done. I have attached the screenshot and here is the order id- ***********.
Whenever I am on chat with their customer service agents, they said the food is already been delivered which is not the case. I have told them many times to go through the whole chat and in many cases, I need to tell their customer call agents from the initial point. My amount was debited on March/** and until now customer executive says amount will be refunded and I ask them when? No response.
Worst customer service, taking the ideas from International markets and saying we are the best. At least be like Zomato which is an International brand and takes issues refunds quickly. Swiggy customer executives are illiterate and don`t know what they speak, they hire a bunch of voice and accents trainer.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
