I have drafted an amount of Rs.**,*** on **th Nov'** to one of the phonepe UPI but the person is saying that the money is not credited into his account, however the same person has transferred me **** from phonepe UPI on **th Oct'**.
How can the money go to another person account without been the phone number with the current user.
Please check and update asap.
