I was ordering a Redmi Note * Pro */** variant on Flipkart in a flash sale on ** March ****. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay through Phone Pay and the bank was State Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the screenshot of my account as well. I sent an email to Flipkart and got no response. I called at the toll-free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a callback. Still no response. What should I do?
Till now I was using Amazon for shopping and was very satisfied. I don't know why I chose Flipkart this time. I am cursing myself. I am also attaching a screenshot of the amount deducted from my account. Please help me asap.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
