Hrishikesh Gawali filed complaint against Agoda on Jan 27, 2021
I booked Hotel Clarks inn hampi from *the feb to *th feb i paid the necessary amount but the transaction failed due to technical error in agoda app the amount has been debited from my card but not yet received any confirmation nor any refund.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
