*. Amount of INR ****.** is paid though Freecharge.in for Electricity Bill of Mahavitaran (MSEDCL). Amount is not received by Mahavitaran (MSEDCL)
*. Freecharge, on it's portal, in my account, has shown transaction successful, with invoice (attached here)
*. I called on customer care number to query regarding issue, but Freechage does not provide facility to talk to representative.
*. Raised a detailed mail regarding Issue by mail on care@freecharge.com. Freecharge opened a ticket.
*. Freechage sent a mail for ticket, suggested me to verify my Customer Number (of Mahavitaran), and closed the ticket without my response.
*. I sent another mail, after double verification of My Customer Number (of Mahavitaran), that my customer name is correct. Requested Freecharge to reopen the ticket.
*. Freecharge has raised another ticket which is open till date.
*. I have raised third mail will all the details, I have and asked for Issue resolution or else I would need to take legal action against freecharge.in.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
