Free Charge - Abnormal noise from Engine and suspension noise shock absorber oil seal leak

purchased a new two wheeler Honda Dio on ** Mar ****. From that day i complained for abnormal noise from engine, to Nandi honda service center. They told to me if you ride above **** km then engine noise not appear. After i continue that, still noise from engine same, and after two months front suspension noise coming when riding the scooty. (Shock leaking) from that day i complained * times to service department they neglet and not response my complained. Many time i visit to service Center and they replied to me shock absorber must have replace or repaired by cash it will not covered by warranty, replied by rudely with customer.
I purchased from nandi honda show room BELLARY a new or used scooty ?
I complained to customer care by toll free number * times still my problem not solve.

For your kind information when i want to buy this scooty,  they told me without extra fitting we never sell the * wheeler and they charged for me **** rupees, they told it's mandatory from manufacturer, also i agree for that, I buy nearly * lakh rupees for this scooty, it's  not a free, to ride with engine noise  and suspension noise. I think honda is a great, but after i buy this, i am not satisfy. 

Still they asking for me to repair or replace by cash. How it will possible to pay, for new purchased scooty, while it's manufacturing defect.

Kindly take a action and solve the problem as soon as possible. I facing these issue from march ****.
