Jiomart - Amount debited but order was declined and amount not refunded

I ordered A* ghee in jiomart on**/**/****. The order value is Rs. ***. The amt got deducted, but the order was declined. I contacted the customer care immediately. They told to wait for * days to get the amount credited. It's almost ** days now, I didn't receive the amount so far. If I contact through email they reply my query is resolved. But I did not get the refund from them at all. For any question regarding my refund they reply my query is solved. They give lot of mental agony. Please help me to receive my amount back from them.
