Divya Rodger filed complaint against Zivame on Jan 4, 2022
I I have placed an order in Zivame site on **-**-**** for the amount Rs.****.** ,but after placing the order the status shows "cancelled" and the amount got deducted from my bank account.
Later I tried to contact their customer care to check the details about the order through call. Nobody responded till now and no updates. The order number is *********. It's been ** days since the amount got debited,but I have not received any update.Kindly help to process the refund.
