EUREKA FORBES LIMITED - AMC Silver plan filter kit not received

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased the AMC silver plan from EUREKA FORBES LIMITED on **st August, **** (document attached).

However, even after multiple complaints, they are not sending technician to change the water filter kit . I have complained countless times to provide me the filter kit as part of AMC, but even after more than a month, nothing is provided. They are closing my complaints deliberately after *-* days without any communication. They escalated the issue to senior person, but still no resolution. Below is the latest complaint number out of countless complaints raised.

I request you to help me get the refund of INR **** from Eureka Forbes at the earliest, as they are extremely negligent and ignoring my complaints repeatedly.

Could you please take necessary actions in getting me the refund?

Note: They are not providing filter kit nor providing refund. Its a case of fraud, cheating and theft of money. I have been purchasing water from outside since more than a month and cost of buying water has reached more than the AMC plan purchased.
