Amazon - amazon took cash on delivery but item not in box

i ordered wonderchef mixer and one crocs slipper from amazon.in, on *thsep**** & *thsep**** . received one box with both item sticker written on top , but inside there was only crocs slipper worth ****/-, but item wonder chef mixer worth ****/- was missing. i filled replacement , there pic up boy checked and he saw the box , which was of that size which would have only carried one thing not both as mixer takes much place. then i waited for many days , posted delivery feedback. emailed amazon, but no answer. now when i am asking for my return they are saying that time has passed so we cannot help you. i paid Rs****/- but not received my item. i have pics of box, delivery agent number , recording . every thing which i will submit. please provide justice .
