Amazon.in - Amazon Sold me an Overseas Samsung phone which is not covered under warranty

I had purchased Samsung Z Flip from Amazon.in on ** Sep ****. When I needed warranty claim, I was given in writing by Samsung that "the device is under the warranty as per your invoice but it is an overseas model which means the product is manufactured outside the territory of India." and such devices are not covered under warranty.
