Arindam Chaudhuri filed complaint against Amazon India on Jun 17, 2022
I have received the damaged product for the order# ***-*******-******* from Amazon fresh. After several follow-up, Amazon has refused to replace or refund the item.
I have been waiting for more than * days to resolve this issue and I am contacting amazon customer care everyday regarding this matter. Either they have to complete the pick up or they have to issue my refund, nothing has happened so far.
