I ordered the product from amazon.while delivering, the courier guy sent me payment link twice and payment has been made twice.. I confirmed with amazon they told they received the amount twice and will initiate the refund. That refund amount of **** is still pending from more than a month. After few days, we returned the product due to some fault, they refund that amount into wallet. After that someone hacked the account. When I informed about it, they kept my account on hold.. **** is still there in Amazon balance.. from last month I am trying to reach them, they are not responding. Please help me in getting my money back..
