Dr Umashree filed complaint against Amazon on Sep 1, 2020
I purchased a morphy Richards microwave from Amazon. When the company technician came for demo n opened the box it was found that the rotating ring n plate were damaged.. I complained the same via phone to Amazon n they agreed to replace it with hand to hand delivery and pick up.. On the same day (*sep ****). However, after that without intimation the Amazon guy came to pick up without delivering new piece. When I raised this issue they said it can't be replaced n only refund will be provided.. However there own policy for large appliaces says only replacement is available no refund..
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
