I ordered Elica with order id ***-*******-******* on **th September **** , and initiated return item due to some issues.
I initiated return on **th September **** . Almost * days got over , Amazon not sent any pickup to take there item back.
I called ,chatted Amazon *** times - they are telling stories. they generated return pick up id - ************* .
Till now no one came here to pick this up. I requested for refund , they not taking any actions - keep on postponing .
I want my refund immediate.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
