PRERAK JAIN filed complaint against Amazon India on May 16, 2019
As the problem is with the Lenovo laptop that I purchased and the Amazon has appointed a technician for the first time who came and verified the laptop and mentioned the issues in his report. Amazon got an update that the issue resolved which was Amazon mistake that wrong thing has been updated and inspite of cross verify they appointed the second technician and the same thing has been reported and now Amazon is manipulating the words of the report and denying to refund/replace the product. Here is the *nd report attached.
