Amazon - Amazon is not refunding the amount of the product returned

I have ordered salwar suit for my daughter. The product which i received was different from the ordered one. So i initiated return and ask them to refund the amount. The product was taken back and now they are not refunding the amount. They are telling that returned product is not the correct one. And now i will not get any refund or replacement. So basically i have lost the product and the money both. In this case i have been cheated by them.
