Bharat Madaan filed complaint against Amazon India on Feb 16, 2021
I ordered a phone on Amazon on **th Feb,**** the price of phone was *,*** and the colour I selected was "Sky Blue"
After a few hours of ordering I received a message from Amazon saying " Amount *,***(Sky Blue, *GB RAM, **GB Storage) will be available on original payment method".
I thought my order was cancelled for some reason but when I checked the details online the order was still in place.
I thought everything is fine, but on the same day when I received the phone it was of different colour (Carbon Black) . And when I check the details of order everywhere it was changed to Carbon black. Now I am not sure how they did it but they definitely updated the order and now trying to force me in keeping the carbon Black phone. On top of that the phone is not working properly and getting restarted again and again. Amazon is not resolving the issue and just stalling it by passing the details to technician.
