Amazon.in - Amazon in continuing Fraud Business Practice

I ordered an AMD processor from amazon.in on **th of august **** (ORDER # ***-*******-*******), it costed me ** thousand rupees, after * days Amazon sends me an old hard drive covered in dirt, after trying to get a replacement amazon completely denied and issued me a refund which got credited after ** days, in the meantime I placed the same order in amazon on **th of august (ORDER # ***-*******-*******) with ** thousand rupees this time from a different seller of amazon, and on *nd of Sept I received an Intel i* processor, in a torn box with one side bent of the processor, I called amazon and they are again initiating refund which will take another ** days, I upfront denied the same and asked for money back immediately. on which they have informed that is not possible and and also replacement is not possible too. I have all the audio, video and image proof of this * times fraud done by Amazon.in .I want to go to consumer court for this harassments and I want the genuine ordered product in company sealed packed condition for free and also compensation for my mental harassments and lose of time.
