The below mentioned is the email I had sent Amazon. Still they haven't responded.
"
To CEO AMAZON,
It's really saddening to know that you guys are just playing with people's time and money. I had ordered "Agam Ab Stimulator" through Amazon on **th June **** and I got the product on **th June. But couple of items were missing in it, so I called back and ordered for replacement on **th June. Today is the **th of June, yet I haven't received my replacement till now.
In between I had called about * to * times and spoke to agents. Everyone had assured me that I would be getting the product in ** to ** hours but as you know it wasn't of any help.
So I called today requesting to speak with a supervisor. Vaibhav picked the call and took all the information from me and informed me that he can't transfer the call to a supervisor and HUNG UP on me. He even placed a refund on the product WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Who gave him the rights to do that.
So I had called again requesting to speak with a supervisor. An agent picked the call and transferred the call to Abishek at escalations desk. He picked the call and told me that, only once the product can be placed for replacement. So he couldn't help me and started talking to me in hindi.
When I started pointing out the mistakes he claimed that I ABUSED him and HUNG UP. Look I'm a person who speaks with thousands of HNI Clients in a month. So I very well know what I speak.
Kindly, listen to my call.
These are just cheap customer service tactics. At Amazon everyone blames and point finger at others, but never takes up the responsibility.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the files. I couldn't attach the call recordings along with this email. If you need it for reference, kindly send me a link to do so.
AND I NEED HELP AND MY PRODUCT ASAP.
