Amazon.in - Amazon delivery agent marked my deliver as "Order rejected by customer" when I didn't pick the call

When amazon guy attempted the delivery for the *st and *nd time I was not ready. When the amazon delivery agent attempted the delivery for the *rd time I didn't pick his call as my mobile is in silent profile. My family is available in the mentioned address. He didn't come to my address and instead marked the order as 'Order rejected by me' when I didn't pick the call. Why the amazon require my address if they cancel my order for not picking up the phone. As I have ordered the phone during amazon prime discount sale due to the order cancellation I have a loss of **** and mental tension. It is also a prestige issue as I have informed all my friends and family members that I am going to receive a new mobile. So I request you to take appropriate action and provide me with the appropriate compensation. Attaching the rejected reason provided by amazon agent and proof of missed calls by amazon agent.
