Amazon.in - Amazon cheated by providing false info on website

I was purchasing purit classic RO+UV *lt water purifier on Amazon
On product page it was showing that product is deliverable at my location (i have screenshot)
So i load money in amazon pay and gift cards total ****
Now at time of payment, on page before making final payment it is showing that it is not deliverable at my location (however product page still showing that it is deliverable)
I asked customer support even talked to their senior memeber they are refusing to refund **** rupees added via gift cards
So company has provided me false information and cheated m and now saying no to refund since its not under their policy
They have made my whole day bad and i am just involved in this nonsense work from morning
I want to co. to refund me whole amount of **** + compensation fot cheating, wasting my time, i have to take leave from office because its hugr amount
