Amazon had a sale on **th april **** for redmi *a mobile. i was happy as i succeeded to place my order < order no ***-*******-******* > . amazon with its amazing services cancelled the order based on payment failure ground on **st april **** without any prior notification. best part for this order is , i was convinced and assured by the amazon customer care that payment is approved and i will get my order on time . here is the snapshot of the chat with amazon customer care on **th april ****

tdy i got a mail from amazon notifying me that order is cancelled because payment is not completed (what did i talked with customer care in above chat then.. did i not alert the amazon customer care about my concern?) i never heard before from any service provider saying that payment is received and approved and next moment payment not completed. noticeable points : *> payment is deducted from the account for the order *> amazon commits that payment is approved *> amazon rejects the order due to payment incompleteness *> i havn't got the money in my account so far *> amazon sends a mail to refund the money ..but hey if payment is incomplete at amazon side why the hell amazon will refund it. amazon seems to be into a business of fraud and false commitment ?
