I have ordered a laptop from amazon site using my brother amazon prime account with registered email id nikit.taneja@gmail.com.

Order was dispatched on **th September **** ( attached proof in email )
Invoice is also there
Delivery boy picked up the product checked the product completely and then took the return and after that amazon is denying to refund the money.

Also Its not my responsibility after the product is checked and pickuped up from my place.
