Amazon has cheated with me that I have received dead on arrival defective battery'' battery not working and when I shared this case with Amazon, Amazon said that we will investigate the matter and then I shared the matter back in chat with another Amazon officer then that officer Initiated my full refund and said that I will get the refund within three to four days, which I also have the proof of the screenshot of the chat but I contacted back when I did not get the refund, then amazon said that we have sent the battery right and my refund is also not initiated cancelled so amazon customer that no one helps amazon has cheated me amazon doesn't do me with anyone like me so in this case I will share and viral on all social media and news channel and also on play store I will share the matter requesting everyone that no one should shop from amazon and choose flipkart.....
And also when I bought this battery, Amazon's page also had a **-day return policy with this battery and after seeing the return policy, I bought the battery but found a bad battery, then I wanted to return it once in which the reason of my return It was also wrongly selected and then back I called Amazon and told that I had selected the wrong region, so I went back to the return page and saw that the battery is saying non-returnable and Amazon has ** days return policy in this battery page. Misleading by telling return policy
