PayTM - Already linked merchant account not created by me

I made a payment from my uncle to me , but it didn't reached my account , later onn I discovered that there was a merchant account linked with my number , now I told them to resolve the issue or make a refund back to the account , they just say to upload the documents , and after uploading the documents it says it doesn't match with the business name , because the merchant account is not mine , and again and again they only say to upload documents , no further actions are taken on this issue , when I speak to the customer care service ,they too say that there is no response from my side so we are disconnecting the call
