I ordered a dress that was delivered on **th May. Due to a size issue, I placed a return request on the ** May (#RT********) which was supposed to be picked up by the **th of May. I waited till **th May but nothing happened and on **th morning I received a message from AJIO, “Hi Heli! We’re glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN**********. Do continue to shop with us.” Attaching the message for your reference. This is where the issue started to begin. Return request (RT********) was canceled from team AJIO but the message said it was me who changed my mind and that's a lie, I never changed my mind. I quickly contacted AJIO on Twitter and they said it was a “Technical issue from their end.” Attached is the screenshot of our conversation. They gave me a complaint number COM*********** which is of no use nobody contacted me.
I once again placed a return request on ** May (#RT********) and the pickup date is ** May. Today is ** May I am getting no updates on this matter. The last date to return is ** May. While I had other products to return and they all were picked up and refunded within **hrs why is it taking forever to pick up this product? This same question I asked to AJIO Twitter team and email team but to my surprise, they were not ready the give me a proper answer and a specific date. They just gave me a complaint number COM*********** which is of no use. I even tried calling on AJIO customer care number twice but all the executives are extremely rude, they are not professional and they take things personally one of the executives hung up the call in a middle of a conversation.
The last date to return is ** May and I'm concerned that they'll just say that the date for return has passed and I'll be stuck with the dress I don't want. Please understand my frustration over this matter and help me as soon as possible.
