I had tried to placed an order on March *rd **** of amount rs ****. but got a notification that order has been failed and I will be get back my money in next ** hours still I am just waiting for my money even when I try to call the customer care service they are not answering .sent mail multiple times they are always giving Same response ( please give us * more days to investigate this). Please help me to get back my refund.
