Ajio - AJIO is not picking the returned item

I have raised a return request on ** october for the oder ID: FL**********, with Return ID: RT********, the Shadowfax team put the pickup on hold * times (from ** oct to ** Oct) due to large consignment for the AWB: R*********AJI, during this time I raised * complaints to the AJIO from date ** oct to ** october, the latest complaint ID is COM***********. AJIO neither changed the Delivery partner to pickup the item nor Shadowfax team arrange the pickup and now they have cancelled the pickup (twice ** & ** Oct). AJIO team is stating that team is attempting a pickup but you are not responding, however I did not get any message or call from AJIO or Shadowfax for the pickup, earlier for all the pickup attempt there's always a message from AJIO and Shadowfax before the Pickup attempt.
