Airtel - Airtel Xtreme Fiber wifi not installed

Airtel company is a fraud company. I have booked for Airtel DTH and Airtel Xtreme fiber WiFi connection by online payment of Rs **** on **.**.****. But till now it has not been installed neither money has been refunded. Airtel customer care staffs are not responding.
