My Airtel XStream DTH connection is not registered/activated ever since it was installed on *th November. I raised *+ service requests and emailed Airtel DTH nodal team. Everytime I receive an assurance from airtel that my issue will be resolved. However, there is no resolution till date. But all the SRs I raised through Customer Care are "resolved" according to them. I spent a lot of time talking to them and emailing them - and all of that is a complete waste of time. I demand Airtel to refund my initial money of **** plus pay the charges for wasting my time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
