I Booked Airtel Broad Band Connection On **th Mar ** And Airtel Team Provided The Connection On **th Mar ** In . My Connection Service ID : ************_tn And My Landline No : *********** On **th Mar Mr. Tamil Given The Connection For My Free Landline Device, He Mentioned That The Airtel Office Currently Don't Have The Stock, So He Will Provide The Same By Within That Week. But Since **th Mar ** We Have Been Asking The Device From Mr. Tamil (Installed The Broadband Connection) And Mr. Murugan (Collected The Money For Connection). Both Are Playing They Are Saying U Ask Him And The Other Is Saying You Ask Him And Now No One Is Answering Our Calls Even We Tried With Many Mobiles. We Totally Frustrate With Their Improper Response. The Same I Have Taken Up With Airtel Management Through Customer Care Email. But I Did Not Get Any Proper Response From Airtel Even Sent More Than * Reminders. (Refer Email Communications Attached). I Request You To Kindly Take Action And Provide A Positive Response
