I have purchased an Airtel WiFi Hotspot device on **/**/**** and on very next day when It stopped working. The battery is not getting charged and I am not able to use that device at all. Off course I reached out to Customer Care and raised a complaint. I was told that service engineer will visit my place on **/**/**** till *.** PM, he check the device and will resolve the issue.
I have not received any service yet. I called multiple times to customer care and nobody has given me the solution. Now I have been told that it will take next ** hours to get back to me.
This is how I think companies like Airtel are earning the money and getting rich and rich. Worst service ever received. If there is any respective person for this issue from Airtel is available who dares, try calling me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
