Dear Sir
I had applied for a new Airtel connection on **th, but since then I have been continuously misled with false commitments that my connection will be installed “today” or “tomorrow.” However, till now, the connection has not been installed.
This kind of delay and misinformation is highly unprofessional and has caused me significant inconvenience. My work is already getting affected due to this delay.
I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure that my connection is installed immediately. If any loss (financial or otherwise) occurs due to this delay, I will be compelled to take legal action against Airtel as well as the concerned person who has misled me.
Kindly treat this as an urgent complaint and resolve the issue at the earliest.
