Guna sekhar filed complaint against Airtel on Apr 16, 2020
I did a prepaid recharge from my Airtel thanks app at **.** am on **th April ****. I got the transaction successful screen and thank God I have taken the screen shot of that . But the pack is not reflected in my balance section.
Since am working from home now because this pack didn't reflect am not able to connect to internet.
Please help me in next steps.
