Viral Nagori filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 9, 2019
I have lodge a complaint with Airtel for not able to dial any STD Landline numbers from my cell on **th Oct. It has been ** days, the resolution is not provided. At the same time, they refused to provide a waiver as I haven't been able to utilize the services.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
