Sir/Madam,
Subject: Airtel SIM Swapping and Illegal Online Transaction of Rs.*******.** from the Bank of India Cash Credit Account.
On **-**-**** around **:** PM the Mobile Number received a SMS for SIM Swapping. But I have not requested the SIM Change. The same issue is been escalated to Airtel Customer Care on **-**-**** by calling *** Customer Care, Email to nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com and Twitter @Airtelpresence. Airtel Customer Support Executive Confirmed that the Number is blocked and this can be activated only with my Presence.
Even after blocking the Mobile number which is linked to our Corporate Cash Credit Account (Bank of India –Peelamedu Branch, Coimbatore) on **-**-**** there are * Unauthorized Transactions happened to * various Bank of India Accounts with the total amount of Rs.*******.**.
These transactions happened completely without our Knowledge and the Login and Password details are highly confidential at our end. Below are the complete incidents mentioned in Appendix I.
The Entire issue happened because the AIRTEL SWAPPED my SIM Card Illegally to other user and Didn’t Supported Customer even though we had escalated the issue all the possible methods.
We need your support on this help to get a Justice and Compensation.
