Airtel - Airtel secure rejected my claim

I ve applied for airtel secure claim but they are rejected the claim as neglegense. While driving nr spped braker the phone was came from my shirt pocket and fell on the road. phone display got damaged. I am paying the airtel secure from july on words. if they are rejected my claim i wants a letter for gone consumers forum but they are told simply we are not provide the same. Who will give the letter they don't know. In call center people behave like a robot no one take a ownership and no one will respond my quarry simple they are telling their own process.
