I am a customer of Airtel since **** and I have subscribed to their unlimited *G data plan on ** Oct ****. However, I have not been able to use the *G data service since then. I have contacted the Airtel customer care several times, but they have not resolved my issue. They have ignored my complaints and even denied that I have claimed the *G offer. I have proof of my claim, which I have shared with them on their Twitter account, but they have not responded properly.
I feel cheated and harassed by Airtel. They have violated the terms and conditions of their service and breached the trust of their customers. They have also caused me mental agony and financial loss, as I have paid for a service that I have not received. I have already filed a complaint to the consumer court on * Nov **** and the complaint id is *******, but they have not processed my complaint yet. I demand compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by them
