This is to bring to your knowledge that in my locality internet connection is very poor. So many times we complain to the customer care and also requesting for Install repeater/booster in my locality but no one took any action upon it. I am having exams and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.
I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers and fixed our internet as soon as possible and provide us with the best of your services. I hope that you will find my matter concerning and work on it.
Your active action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
