We have taken airtel top most plan of * gbps on **th August by paying ***** amount for * months on that day only then after that they have multiple problems like not compatible router internet service is down static IP problem. We have our business running totally based on internet connection we have clients internationally we have taken * lakhs + loss due to ** days outage of internet and still they don’t have any solution we have to take there follow up as a customer everyday we are calling customer care that technician everyday to resolve the problem and everytime they are just telling that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day and no response after that , we are taking heavy loss in our business and they are taking everything so lightly and no responsibility.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
